Site News: New website

November 5th, 2005

Well, incase you can’t tell we did a little work on the website. In addition to a total redesign we will be changing how some parts of the website are displayed. For example from now on the step-by-step guides will be part of the show posts instead of a separate pages. Also posts will be categorized so you can browse the site for just info on the podcast or see site news.

Unfortunately, in the transfer most of the comments from the previous site have not been transferred to the new posts. Also, the post dates have changed. We will be continuing to work on the site to reimplement things like the listener polls along with other new features. Thanks for sticking with us as we make this transition, and make sure to let us know what you think of the new site either by adding a comment to this post or by dropping me an email at kent at 2minutetricks dot com.

No problem, Kent. I do my own podcast over at http://www.tvtalkpodcast and I know how time consuming it can be.

    Hello Kent!

I too very much appreciate your insight and very very helpful tips. I’m a beginner/novice in Photoshop but I need to learn to tap into PS deep tools and features. These tips are amazing!

I do have two requests possibly for future shows:

I – The reflection of graphics like from http://www.tipsfromthetopfloor.com in the banner.

II – I ran across this tip, http://av.adobe.com/russellbrown/LiquifyAlert.mov, in a newsgroup and loved it! Maybe you can re-walk through it for a CS2 version being that the “Freeze Area” wasn’t in the Liquify tool?

Thank you very much once again! Thank you everyone for that matter.

I love your tips. I download them to my ipod so I can have the full screen to follow you. I like that you make the tips simple. Some of the photoshop tips get too complicated. Keep up the good work. She in IN
