					<description>&lt;p&gt;I actually do it by creating a new layer, using the brush to brush white over the teeth (usually about 75% opacity), and then using overlay or softlight mode to bring it back, then if that's too much, changing the fill/opacity on the new layer (can even blur it a bit)&lt;/p&gt;
